Everything is perfect, the room is brand-new and well-appointed with a nice view and 2 double beds, as for instance. The location is stunning and incredible and they have parking onsite. The services are excellent, including a clean pool.

Excellent service. People were great.Location was perfect. Comfortable bed, Small but clean bathroom.Large refrigerator. If you get in late, allows outside vendors to deliver food. Provides a variety of menus and suggestions. Great value. Private parking.
Everything was good. If I were to redesign the rooms, would have have slightly more space for an extra chair and a movable small table.

The location is the best. I like parking the car and walking around on the campus- shopping, dinner, etc.
Each time, there is a lot of noise. Usually there people in the hallways laughing, running, speaking loudly some times late- after midnight. This time there was a reception or party booked until 1:00 a.m.. The bass from the D.J.' s music was pretty annoying. I love the location so I just put up with it. My husband is not as tolerant so when we are together we do not stay there because of the noise. We did call the front desk the first time over year ago. There was no noticeable difference. So if you can tune out hall noise, party noise or live with it for a short stay, it's the best location in town.

The room was extremely spacious and cool. I loved the room on the first floor. The property's location was unbeatable and close to shops, restaurants, and the PSU campus. The staff at the reception desk was nice, and having an attached restaurant was convenient.

We were on the first floor where party goers passed on their way out. It was LOUD and NOISY -- got woken up at 11:30 PM, 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM by people yelling and talking LOUDLY!

Location is excellent. Much better than typical Days Inn. Nicely appointed rooms.
The bathroom is small. The television is not receiving an HDTV signal. Poor for 2016.

The rooms here are very clean, have coffee makers and air conditioning, and the location is convenient with many dining options nearby, a bus stop to New York, and close to a festival.
